The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority at Pond Mountain Inn. We continue to take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with the Vermont Department of Health, World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.
Our personal commitment is that we are adhering to all the best evidence-based public health advice. We continue doing everything that we can to ensure your safety and provide maximum flexibility as the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve.
We also want to assure you that we understand the need for flexibility in planning your travel during this time and we want you to feel confident when booking, modifying or canceling your vacation plans.
Guests that booked directly with Pond Mountain Inn for travel this year please feel free to modify or cancel your reservation without penalty up to and including the day of your visit. We want you to have as much flexibility as possible and will accommodate any changes that make you feel most comfortable.
If your booking was made with an online travel agent or other third-party travel professional, you should contact the booking provider to make amendments. That said, we are happy to help in the unlikely event that you run into difficulties.
On a Lighter Note…
We are safe, healthy and continue limiting our exposure unnecessarily. We are focusing on inside projects at the inn and taking advantage of solitary outdoor activities, which we’ll share with you in the coming weeks.
