Breathtaking Views From Mount Equinox Vermont

Mount Equinox, elevation 3,848 feet is thirty minutes south of Pond Mountain Inn. Located in Manchester, Mt. Equinox offers a great half day excursion. Stunning views can be found along the hiking trails or alongside the Skyline Drive – many of our guests have captured similar views, but few as glorious. “The summit offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Green, White, Adirondack, Berkshire and Taconic mountain ranges.” My guess is that you can see over one hundred miles in every direction!

This spectacular photograph was sent to us a few years ago, courtesy of Karen Roche at VIP Leisure Travel. She and a friend were was staying at our bed & breakfast last summer. They were looking for a half-day nature activity that captured the essence of Vermont – after seeing this picture I think they found what makes Vermont so incredibly special.

Thank you Karen for capturing quintessential Vermont for everyone to appreciate!
